A step by step program to work with the human energy field with skill and precision to consistently deliver outsanding results.

Here's what we usually get asked
The course is designed for people who want to deepen their understanding of the body, nervous system and energetic field, and learn how to apply this work in practice. It is particularly suited to existing practitioners working in areas such as chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, psychology, counselling, coaching, bodywork, somatic therapies, yoga, meditation and energetic modalities. It is also open to those who are newer to this field and feel called to develop practitioner skills.
No formal qualification is required to begin the training. Previous experience in health, bodywork, somatic or energetic practice can be helpful, but the course is designed to progressively build the knowledge, sensitivity and practical skills needed to work with Integral Energetics. Students without prior practitioner experience may simply require more time and practice to integrate the material.
You will learn how to assess and work with patterns of tension, regulation and energetic organisation through the body and energetic field. Across the three modules, the training progresses from foundational work with the body and nervous system, into emotional and psychological processes, and then into more advanced energetic and transpersonal dimensions. You will develop practical assessment skills, on-body and off-body contacts, practitioner attunement, client communication and a framework for understanding how different layers of the system interact.
The Practitioner Course is delivered across three sequential modules: SOMA, PSYCHE and SPIRIT. Each module combines immersive in-person training with live online learning and self-paced study. Across the full program, students complete approximately 252 hours of training, including practical instruction, theory, guided practice and assessment.
Yes. The modules are designed to build progressively on one another, so they must be completed in sequence: Module 1 → Module 2 → Module 3. Each stage introduces new concepts and practical skills that rely on the foundations developed in the previous module.
No. You do not need prior training in energy work to begin. The course introduces the energetic field progressively and gives you practical frameworks for developing sensitivity, perception and confidence over time. Students with previous energetic or somatic training may find some concepts familiar, but prior experience is not essential.
Hands-on practice is a major part of the training. The in-person modules include extensive supervised practice, demonstrations and opportunities to both give and receive the work. Students are also encouraged to practise between modules so they can build confidence, sensitivity and familiarity with the assessment and contact strategies before progressing to the next stage.
Yes. Many students come to IE with an existing background in chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, psychology, counselling, coaching, bodywork, somatic therapies or energetic modalities. The training is designed to complement and expand your existing skill set, rather than replace it, giving you additional ways to assess and work with the body, nervous system and energetic field.
Yes. While many students are already working with clients, you do not need to be an established practitioner to begin the training. The course progressively develops the practical skills, sensitivity and understanding required to work with others. If you are completely new to practitioner work, you may simply need more time and practice to build confidence and integrate the material.
No. Module 1 is the first stage of the full Practitioner Training. Certification is awarded after successful completion of all three modules, together with the required theory and practical assessments.
Alongside the in-person modules, students complete live online learning, self-paced study and practical work between modules. You will also be encouraged to practise regularly so you can consolidate the assessment process, contact strategies and concepts introduced during the training.
If you are unsure, we encourage you to get in touch with us. We are happy to talk through your background, what you are hoping to learn and whether the training feels aligned with where you are currently at in your practitioner journey.
Build the foundations
Develop sensitivity to the body, nervous system and energetic field, while learning the assessment and contact skills that underpin Integral Energetics.
Work with deeper patterns
Learn to recognise and work with emotional charge, beliefs, relational dynamics and the deeper intelligences of the energetic field.
Deepen energetic integration
Develop advanced strategies for working with complex energetic patterns, while expanding into archetypal and transpersonal dimensions.
Fred’s work grew out of a simple but profound question: what allows real, lasting change to occur? After graduating as a Chiropractor from RMIT in 2000 and working in Australia and Singapore, he began to notice that the most meaningful transformations weren’t driven by effort or correction — but by shifts in the nervous system itself.
This observation led Fred into a deeper exploration of nervous system regulation, emotional integration, stress physiology, and the human energy field.
Today, Fred’s work reflects decades of clinical experience and careful listening to the subtle patterns held within the spine, nervous system, and field. He is known for his calm, grounded presence and his ability to guide people through deep transformation in a way that feels safe, respectful, and sustainable.
Integral Energetics emerged from this work as a way of supporting the whole human system — body, mind, and consciousness — to return to its natural state of coherence and ease.
